About Rosa

For the past 25 years, before her own restaurant dreams flourished, Rosa had been cooking for a local successful restaurant owner, Henry Salazar at Henry's Tacos To Go. His retirement forced her to make her visions of one day owning her own restaurant to become a reality. Her dedication, hard work and love of cooking made it easy for her dream to come true.

Establishing Rosa's Tacos To Go in 2008, Rosa quickly grew from a small walk-up to go setting, to a full service dining room restaurant. Her dreams have always been inclusive of the greatest concern for her customers. Her focus is to demonstrate the highest quality of ingredients to deliver only the best quality of Mexican food, from her selections of maths, produce, spices, and beverages. Rosa's strives to only deliver the best.

Her perseverance has surely paid off. Her dedication to her restaurant and customers make her not only an awesome individual but an awesome mother that will continuously touch the hearts of everyone she serves under the roof that we know as "Rosa's"
